**Building a sustainable tomorrow**
BAM Nuttall require an experienced Document Controller to join us in Scotland and support the delivery of our Eastern Green Link 2 (EGL2) project consisting of sister HVDC converter stations located at Peterhead, Aberdeenshire and Drax, Yorkshire. You will be based at our Kilsyth office (Glasgow) in interim, then required on site in either Peterhead or Drax depending on geographical location. Duration of the project is circa 3 years.

**Your mission**
As Document Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
- Establish and maintain computer and paper-based document filing systems.
- Review and distribute documents in line with agreed departmental procedures.
- Maintain accurate computer and paper-based records, logging distributed documents.
- Process responses to documents issued.
- Chase responses to documents issued where required.
- Administer requests for information.
- Conduct periodic archiving.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience working within a Common Data Environment (CDE), i.e. BIM360, Aconex, ViewPoint for Projects.
- Successful experience of working in a general administration support role or field of expertise.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
