This firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller to join their team in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain computer and online digital document filing systems and project CDEs.
  • Review and distribute documents in line with agreed project procedures.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and registers, logging distributed documents.
  • Process responses to issued documents.
  • Follow up on responses to issued documents where necessary.
  • Administer requests for information.
  • Support project site teams with the handover documentation process and address document queries.
  • Advise and provide guidance on archiving.
  • Stay up to date with all company policies, procedures, industry legislation, and guidance relevant to your field, including GDPR.

Requirements

  • Experience within the construction industry working as a Document Controller or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Professional honesty and integrity in dealing with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Team player willing to adapt in a challenging environment.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
