WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?

Working within a large warehouse, operating across two shift patterns 6-2pm and 2-10pm Monday to Friday.
- Ensuring all order are processing and packed as per Customer requirements
- Completing one to ones with Teams
- Ensuring Safe systems of work and processes within the warehouse environment are being followed
- Resource planning - ensuring all roles within the warehouse domain are covered in order to process all of the daily orders.
- Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are met
- Ensuing Heath and Safety is paramount to all
- Contributing to Continuous Improvement projects

WHAT WILL I LEARN ON MY APPRENTICESHIP?

Working to achieve a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management with Aston University, you will cover the below areas and many more.

- Financial Management
- Supply Chain analytics
- Developing Leadership and Management Capability
- Managing Projects and Performance

WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?
- 260 UCAS points (104+UCAS points from Sept 2017 under the new UCAS tariff system.
- Completion of a level 3 Apprenticeship/Professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Must be fluent in English
- You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
- As part of the Supply Chain Leadership Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme

£23,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

We want Apprentices to build their careers, with the option to complete a Level 7 Masters in Supply Chain Management Apprenticeship after completing the Level 6 Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship. After your programme you will transition into the Alumni community to continue the growth of your career.
