DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Clerk to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
- Management of inbound and outbound bookings for the customers warehouse in Desborough
- Manage communications between all parties with regards to collection performance
- Ensure all planning systems are updated and effectively managed
- Issue resolution for a wide range of operational scenarios
- Supports the safe, legal and efficient operation of the Transport Department.
- Accountable for delivering a high quality, customer focussed service
- Accountable for achieving site and departmental KPI's

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Previous experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable
- Previous experience of working within a similar role desirable
- Knowledge of Transport Legislation, Tachograph Regulations, Working Time Directive
- Experience of planning routes using Transport Planning Systems
- Able to identify and resolve problems speedily and effectively
- Computer literate
