DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
- Manage customer proof of deliveries for scanning/uploading and action missing proof of deliveries and return
- Contact hauliers about delivery issues, raise incident reports and agree corrective actions
- Arrange same-day deliveries as require
- Daily brief and de-brief of drivers

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Experience working in a fast-moving transport operation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally
- Transport experience ideal
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills
