Location: Daventry
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns for Crick will be:
06.00 - 16.00

12:00 - 22.00

10 hour shifts, 30 minute unpaid break

4 on 3 off rota

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Coordinating trailer allocation via WMS ensuring the system is accurate and up to date, also understanding the tachomaster system
- Briefing and de-briefing drivers to ensure they fully understand expectations for the day
- Maintaining filing routines and Microlise housekeeping accurately
- Adhering to departmental procedures, accurate data entry and checking and organizing paperwork
- Provide an exceptional standard of service to both internal and external customers
- Adopt a pro-active approach to ensure all issues, concerns and improvements are communicated to all appropriate parties in a timely manner

- 1 year minimum of Transport knowledge
- Understanding the Transport system, Tachomaster, Microlise, WMS, Excel knowledge
- Good admin skills
- Accurate and well organized and able to work to tight deadlines
