- Description & RequirementsPosition Summary:

- We are currently looking for a driven and focused individual to join us at Infor in our Solihull office within our EMEA Billing Department._
- The EMEA Billing team invoices out of 25 Countries, so the billing specialist will be required to work closely with our internal business units: Sales, Order Entry, Revenue Accountants and Collections. _
- The role will be primarily administration-based, to audit invoicing produced out of our Offshore SSC to their original contracts, ensuring the accuracy of documents, as well as core customer data and VAT determinations. (Knowledge on Tax Treatment is not essential, in-house reports provide this data). _

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

- Audit & Format Final invoices and electronically dispatch to Customers
- Liaison with business managers and other departments to ensure that any queries are resolved and that all relevant information is received to enable correct billing and revenue recognition
- Around month, quarter and financial year end, extended working hours will be required.
- Monitor their progress against targets and pursue personal development.
- Other admin duties as assigned
