Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Support Specialist to join our finance team at MAN Commercial Protection Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of our busy finance department, with a focus on purchase ledger and credit control.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Raising sales invoices and coding sales invoices
- Obtaining purchase orders and data entry
- Chasing overdue debtors and aged debtor reporting
- Dealing with queries and self-billing customer reconciliation
- Setting up new suppliers and raising purchase orders
- Approving supplier invoices and allocating supplier payments
- Office stationery ordering and managing stock of uniform
- Dealing with expense forms and providing general support to senior staff
Requirements for the role include:
- Minimum Level 3 AAT qualified
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar finance role
- Good excel skills and Sage 50 Accounts experience
We offer a competitive salary of £25k-£28k dependant on experience, plus benefits including 21 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays, access to company-funded gym membership, free parking, ISPA, Perks At Work High Street Discount Scheme, and a pension scheme.
