Induction & Training Coordinator

Location: Eurocentral, Motherwell

Description: Induction & Training Coordinator required on a full time permanent basis based in our Head Office, Eurocentral, Motherwell. The role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm - with a 4pm finish on a Friday. Ideally you would need to be available to start as soon as possible.
- Dealing with all induction administration paperwork for new starts
- Uploading and verifying documents
- Arranging medicals
- Collecting in all documentation required to complete induction packs
- Liasing closely with HR, site teams and recruitment agencys on recruitment requirements
- Carrying out drivers / licence checks
- Arranging training courses
- Keeping the company and site training matrix up to date with any new certifications / leavers / new starts
- Maintaning accomodation spreadsheet
- Administration of all training agreements
- Booking training courses
- Any other adhoc admin relating to Induction and training

Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working within a fast paced environment
- Experience in cordinating induction packs and paperwork
- Knowledge of construction related competencies and certifications
- Valid driving licence for any site visits
- Microsoft office, Excel, word, outlook

Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of Civil engineering roles and projects
- Experience
- Knowledge of induction process and procedures
- People/Systems related skills
- Knowledge of Sharepoint / IMS
