The role of the Technical Support Representative - Civils & Drainage Products will involve:

- Technical Support Representative position dealing with a high end manufactured range of surface drainage products / channels such as: concrete channels, slot channels, steel channels, point drainage, slot drainage, drainage channel systems, steel façade drainage systems
- Working in the groundworks & civil engineering market place
- Assisting with the product selection whilst providing technical and design support to the sales team
- Developing specifications, preparing technical drawings and reviewing documentations
- Dealing with and selling to customer base
- Providing technical support in the preparation of presentations and of product comparisons for the sales team
- Updating the CRM system

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Representative - Civils & Drainage Products with:

- Must be technically astute and minded
- Ideally from a technical support or internal technical sales background
- Ideally civils & drainage however open
- Would be open in terms of what building products you’ve dealt with previously
- Must be able to read engineering drawings and to communicate technical information
- Ability to use AutoCAD design advantageous not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate as required to use Microsoft Office
- Very good attention to detail
- Hungry, dynamic and driven
