**What will the apprentice be doing?**

Duties will include:

- Front of house, meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
- Ensuring that signing in procedures are followed.
- Answering the telephone and making sure that it is directed to the appropriate colleague.
- Dealing with the post. Incoming and outgoing.
- Supporting team members with admin tasks.
- Working with the team at the end of day to ensure the office is closed following procedures.

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?**
- You will achieve the level 2 customer service practitioner qualification.
- There are workshops that you will need to attend
- You will have a mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis.
- In house training will be given to support specifics of the role.

**What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?**
- There will be the opportunity for further development and progression to the level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

- Basildon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
