The ENT & OMF Department is seeking 3 x enthusiastic Medical Secretaries to provide a comprehensive, accurate and confidential support to the service at Lincoln Hospital. These are full time posts at 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday. We would also offer an opportunity to work from home as well as the base site office.

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 2 GCSE’s or equivalent of Grade C and above is required, including English, Maths. Experience in secretarial duties and have the ability to use their own initiative and prioritise work to achieve deadlines. Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantageous but not essential as on the job training is provided. A flexible approach to work is required as well as an ability to get on with others in a team based environment with demanding work pressures. Hours can be flexible and will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
