General Admin Assistant - Helpdesk
Our customer is an "all in one" leading commercial property maintenance service situated in the heart of the Midlands serving North West England down to Oxfordshire and across central England (including North/Mid and South Wales to Bristol and Bath).
Founded in 2007, they are recognised by some of the UK's leading blue-chip companies for providing years of quality facility maintenance solutions with a rapidly expanding and loyal customer base.
Due to their business expansion, we are looking to recruit an administrator who will add value to the business and be part of a small-knit team that delivers across the functions within the business.

**The role & Responsibilities**
As a Support Administrator, you play a key role in providing a professional helpdesk and reception service to clients. You will act as primary point of contact for incoming telephone calls from clients, suppliers and internal staff and will be responsible for directing these to the appropriate personnel within the business in a timely courteous and professional manner.
You will support the team by assisting in the recording and filing of documentation, liaising with suppliers and contractors to arrange planned and reactive maintenance services and to obtain documentation. You will also be expected to also deal with the external HR function making sure that all employee records are up to date and the correct information is forwarded to all employees.
- Supporting the wider team in order to achieve service level targets
- Delivering of a welcoming, professional and customer focused reception service;
- Commitment to putting our clients first and delivering services which are customer orientated and represent value for money
**Main Duties**
Your responsibilities typically but not exclusively include:
- Acting as a first point of contract for customer and supplier queries and enquiries
- Maintaining client & supplier records using the practice's database & shared office drive
- Supporting colleagues with helpdesk duties including client & supplier liaison
- Reception management including welcoming customers and guests
- Assisting the wider team in planning and arranging internal workplace events
- Performing any other duties appropriate to the grade as may be required
Salary; £22 - £25,000 pa

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Based in Stafford
