Y**ou will be responsible for the following**:

- Logging, maintaining and filing invoices.
- Payment authorisation.
- Payment processing.
- Investigating purchase ledger queries.
- Creating company reports.
- Liaising with suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Competency with Sage systems (Line 50) (Essential)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
- Previous experience with similar role

**Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday - 9.00am through to 5.00pm

Friday 9.00am through to 3.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smethwick, B66: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
