You will be responsible for the following:

- Invoice processing
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control
- Cash book maintenance
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Banks reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Basic administration
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- Competency with Sage systems (Line 50)
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
- Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role

**Hours of Work: -**

Monday to Thursday - 9.00am through to 5.00pm

Friday 9.00am through to 3.30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smethwick, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
