Job: HR Administrator
Location Smethwick
Hours: 20 hours a week - flexible
**Salary**: £11.55
Pertemps are excited to announce that our Smethwick based client is looking an HR Administrator. It's a part-time permanent role. Reporting into the Accounts Manager and working as part of a friendly finance team, you will be responsible for the inductions, liaising with the finance team and doing monthly Payrolls.
**HR Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Monthly Payroll SAGE 50- Preparation of contracts and amending contracts- Regular communication with the IT team for new starters- Exit Interview- Ad hoc task- Helping with ISO- Induction**HR Administrator Skillset**:
- Experience in HR at least 1 year- Experienced with MS Office, Sage- Attentive to details- A strong desire to develop within the companyIn return the company offers the hourly wage of £11.55, training and support by senior members of the team. Full benefit package is included as well.
