People Professionals are currently recruiting a personable and dynamic Officer Administrator for an established automotive business. You will be responsible for administrating the existing UK and overseas clients, supporting the Parts Sales Service Administrators with the purchasing of Customer parts, sales, and service orders.

You will have strong organisational skills with the ability multi-task and work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must. As is a proven experience of working as part of a team and on your own initiative in a diverse and dynamic environment. Knowledge of export procedures and processes and of QHSE legislation is vital for this role and holding, or be willing to work towards, NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Business Administration or equivalent or two years’ experience working in an administration environment.

Your duties will include:

- Managing the sales orders, invoicing, scheduling, and export documentation for existing UK and overseas clients.
- Administration of contracts ensuring all information is accurately communicated to all stakeholders both externally and internally.
- Rising purchasing orders for Parts Sales Services Administrators.
- Updating all relevant stakeholders with delivery statues’

We are looking for an individual with confidence and enthusiasm, who will take a proactive hands-on approach to this role. The ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business and customers is essential.
