Office Administrative Assistant

**About Us**
We are a UK leading specialist ground engineering contractor, who offer a range of complementary services, including earthworks and a range of ground improvement techniques, including soil modification and stabilisation, deep soil mixing and vibro stone columns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training and Development**:
- Manage the training matrix for staff, ensuring all training records are up-to-date.
- Book training courses for construction competency cards, coordinating schedules and maintaining compliance.
**Fleet Management**:
- Oversee the small van fleet, including scheduling and booking MOTs and services.
**Finance Administration**:
- Match and post invoices accurately in our financial systems.
- Reconcile monthly statements, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
**Travel Coordination**:
- Book travel and accommodation for staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
**General Office Administration**:
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Support various administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with fleet management and finance administration is a plus.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £17,519.00-£19,215.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
