Home Care Assistant

We are currently seeking Home Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support services tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.
**Duties**:
- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with medication management and ensure medication adherence.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, using manual handling techniques.
- Help with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
- Carry out light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that promotes the well-being of our clients.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed, in relation to the role
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine passion for providing care.
- Current Enhanced DBS
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable but not essential).
