About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team at We Care Group. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Health Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Administer medication to residents as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meals, and social events, to promote a sense of community and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to senior staff, prioritizing the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Senior Health Care Assistant.
  • NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
