About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team at We Care Group. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Health Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Administer medication to residents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  • Assist with daily activities, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensure residents receive personalized care, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve exceptional care standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting any safeguarding concerns promptly.
  • Participate in statutory training and other training as directed by management.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a sense of community and belonging.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Senior Health Care Assistant.
  • NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
