**I&PC Financial Services Administrator**

Step Ahead are delighted to be recruiting for a 3-month Finance Administrator role for a London based NHS trust.

This role is paying £13.04 per hour and is on site and working on a full-time basis.

This role is to start ASAP.

**The Job Role**:
As an I&PC Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for the routine provision of Financial Administration Services for International & Private Patients. Your key tasks will include:

- Ensuring patients and their families receive excellent service focused on meeting their needs.
- Providing an effective and efficient Invoice and credit management service.
- Working effectively with the team to provide recognised financial services to stakeholders.
- Recording financial information accurately.
- Coordinating charges received from all services provided to patients, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
- Participating in an effective and efficient invoicing system.
- Ensuring relevant standard operating procedures within the team are reviewed and updated as needed.
- Collecting relevant data to monitor key performance indicators.

**What You Can Bring**:

- Proficiency in Excel, Compucare, Epic, Health code, and EDI (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with telephone inquiries professionally and politely.
- Familiarity with credit management processes and ability to liaise with International Credit Controllers to resolve queries.
- Strong organisational skills to assist with processing invoices, authorization/funding, and handling Embassy queries.
- A proactive approach to team collaboration and the willingness to cover and assist other team members as required.
- Flexibility to work within the administration service's operating hours (7.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday).
