Financial Services Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide administrative support to our Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise back office systems and workflows to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
- Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Exposure to Financial Services (0-2 years) would be ideal, such as in IFA Administration, Investments or Pensions.
- Also can consider post-graduates or people with a keenness to get into the industry.
- Knowledge of using a CRM.
- Proactivity and drive to forge a successful career within Financial Planning.
