About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support team as a Financial Services Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our Sales Support team, including updating financial adviser information and coordinating networking events.
* Assist in setting up new financial adviser firms and clients on our back office system.
* Deal with literature requests from advisers and their staff.
* Support advisers and clients with changes to their accounts, including client ownership and legal entity changes.
* Assist the Corporate Events Manager with the coordination of Transact regional adviser events and conferences.
Requirements:
* Recent college leaver or graduate looking for their first step in the financial services industry.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
