We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Repairs Surveyor to join our Complaints Team based on sites across the three heartlands of St Helens, Warrington and Liverpool.

As a key member of the Complaints Team, the Repairs Surveyor will assist in the delivery of a highly professional service focusing on delivering all elements of surveying which will include day to day, HHSRS, Stock Condition, Forward Planning Surveys and customer consultation in relation to Complaints to improve customer satisfaction.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Carry out a range of asset management related surveys and manage works on site.
- Liaise with customers to agree modifications to design briefs, providing technical advice where required.
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
- Assess and design adaptations to meet the needs of those with disabilities.
- Determine the condition of existing buildings, identifying and analysing defects including proposals for repair.
- Prepare orders for contractors.
- Monitor and ensure that projects are completed on budget, on time and to a high standard.
- Carry out post inspection surveys.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Hold a relevant, recognised qualification in Construction or equivalent.
- Have excellent knowledge of supporting the delivery of responsive and planned maintenance, investment and refurbishment schemes.
- Have experience of working within an asset management related surveying role.
- Have the ability to complete various survey types including stock condition, HHSRS and asbestos validation.
- Have experience of NHS Schedule of Rates.
- Be a competent IT user.
- Be able to demonstrate ability, enthusiasm and interest in driving change through intelligence led improvements.
- Be capable of taking personal responsibility for your own workload.
- Hold a current full UK or EU driving licence.
