GTM are a social housing maintenance specialist in the Merseyside area.
We are looking for an experienced Office Planner/Administrator.
- Taking a high volume of calls regarding repairs/maintenance issues
- Planning/scheduling workloads
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Liaising with Subcontractors and Clients
- Issuing P.Os
- Work with management and operatives in a professional manner to help the smooth running of the department.
Additional administrative duties such as monitoring performance, filling in work logs, completing forms and general office admin.

**Experience**:
- Office Planner: 2 years (preferred)
