**Position: Customer Service/Resolutions/Scheduler**

**Location: Knowsley**

**Hours: 40 hours - with paid lunch 8-4 9-5 10-6 (potential shift patterns) with some Saturday morning working on a rota**

**Salary: £24,440 weekly pay, 28 days holiday p/a**

**Contract: Permanent opportunity - immediate starts - full training**

**About the role**:

- Inbound calls relating to the products and services on offer within the building sector
- Scheduling appointments using booking system for a quantity surveyor report.
- Liaison with engineers/technicians/surveyors re booked or scheduled appointments and noting any customer requirements etc.
- Dealing with complaints from customers and resolving the issues in hand

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Telephone call handling essential
- Basic office administration
- MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook essential
- Excellent communication skills and capable of explaining technical service over the phone to all types of people
- Working on own initiative

You will have an outgoing personality and excellent rapport building skills due to being phone-based role. You will have gained excellent customer service skills. So if you are seeking a new challenge we would love to hear from you.
