Ward Administrators, Booking Clerks and Audio

Come and join us We are a dynamic and innovative centralised administrative service who aim to provide a first class service to our patients. We have a variety of posts from patient facing ward administrators to outpatient / elective booking teams as well as typing/secretarial roles. These are located across our Trust (Worthing, Shoreham, and Brighton )
Interviews will be taking place on Saturday 18th March 2023 in Brighton.
Ward Administrator (Medical and Surgical Wards in Brighton ) including our newly constructed Louisa Martindale Building in Brighton
Inpatient Booking Teams - Roles available in Brighton and Worthing
Outpatient Booking Team - Roles available in Brighton or Shoreham
Clinical Typist - Roles available in Brighton
(Booking Teams and Clinical Typist roles can be considered for home working after a period of training and competencies completion)
You should possess good written and oral communication skills and function well as part of a team, using your own initiative and ability to prioritise work to achieve deadlines.
You will need to be competent in a range of IT packages, including MS Office, a good telephone manner and be able to empathise with people calling in times of distress.
