Debt Team Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Debt Team Administrator to join the Citizens Advice New Forest team. This role will support all aspects of two funded debt projects run by Citizens Advice New Forest, working with both the Debt Advisers and the Debt Advice Team Leader to ensure that clients receive an efficient and compliant journey. The Debt Team Administrator will undertake administrative tasks on behalf of the Debt Advisers, as well as liaising directly with clients.
- Strong administration skills, an eye for detail and a conscientious outlook.
- A great communicator and team player; someone who can interact with people from all backgrounds.
- Preferably from an advice background, however full training will be given.
- Passionate about helping individuals needing support to move on with their life.

This role will be based in the Citizens Advice New Forest office in Totton.
This role is offered on a part time basis, for 21 hours per week. Working pattern can be discussed.
