Capital Talent Box are recruiting for a Recruitment Partner for an immediate start at West London College.

**Key Purpose**:
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day to day service delivery of the recruitment function including working closely with the College recruitment partner and any other staff allocated to the team.
- To manage all end to end recruitment activity, whilst displaying a collaborative approach to identifying needs of managers and stakeholders.
- To create and place advertisements and ensure the processes are run efficiently, on time and to plan. To take individual responsibility for all recruitment campaigns, leading on the effective delivery of cost-effective campaigns.
- To work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless HR process for new starters
- To ensure all recruitment paperwork is completed correctly and in line with GDPR requirements and filed in an efficient and professional manner.
- To ensure that regular recruitment reports are provided to the Director of HR on a scheduled basis, or as requested.
- To deliver training to management and staff on processes, systems and HR recruitment best practice.
- To ensure all recruiting managers complete Safer Recruitment Safeguarding Training, as well as to coordinate refresher training.
- To work closely with the Director of HR and other members of the HR on any recruitment projects.
- To continuously investigate, evaluate and implement the most up to date assessment methodology across the College, provide advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of the recruitment process and make informed recommendations based on professional knowledge and best practice.
- Working with the HR Systems Analyst and system provider to contribute to the development of processes in regards to any aspect of E-recruitment through to on boarding.
- To work closely with the HR team to ensure the College’s establishment list is updated on a monthly basis clearly indicating where new posts have been approved, where vacancies occur.
- To manage the College’s vacancy approval process in an efficient way including, receiving, recording and disseminating all requests as well as provide the relevant feedback to hiring managers. Ultimately recording and monitoring all aspects of this

process.- Leading on the Talent and Succession planning for the whole College and reporting this information periodically to the Director of HR.
- Driving equality and diversity through the colleges process acting as an ambassador for good practice and identifying and sharing best practice with key stakeholders.
