I am currently looking for a Recruitment Partner for a London based Education organisation within a fantastic team This role is temporary initially, paying £23 - £24.72 PAYE per hour and is hybrid.

As a Recruitment Partner, it will be a 3 month contractand will be 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.


Key Purpose of the Recruitment Partner:

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Recruitment Partner:

  • To create and place advertisements in line with the brand across various platforms and ensure that all campaigns are cost effective and run efficiently, on time and to plan. To work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless experience for new starters.
  • To ensure all recruitment paperwork is completed correctly and in line with GDPR requirements and filed in an efficient and professional manner.
  • To produce regular recruitment reports including metrics (e.g. timetohire and costperhire) for business leaders on a scheduled basis, or as requested.
  • To deliver training to hiring managers on processes, systems and recruitment best practice.

Ideal experience of the Recruitment Partner is:

  • A proven track record of delivering effective, imaginative and timely resourcing services.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast paced and changing environment to execute resourcing plans that balance the delivery of specialist and volume recruitment.
  • Experience of positively engaging and influencing colleagues and managers at all levels to ensure the organisation remains legally compliant and achieves best practice wherever possible.
  • Experience of successfully effectively managing multiple recruitment agencies, continuously evidencing value add on
  • Experience of effective, accurate and prompt transactional HR services including administration and payroll services
