A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join leading global law firm as part of their globally diverse and friendly team who work with the Business Services of the firm to recruit the very best HR, Finance, Technology, Marketing and general business talent in the market mainly in London but also occasionally in Warsaw.

If you are successful in this process you will support the hiring Managers by:

  • Driving transformational change of the recruitment methodology to eliminate bias and enable diversity confident hiring.
  • Using market mapping using online tools
  • Building strong relationships with recruitment agencies

Key skills and experience sought:

  • Good technical knowledge of recruitment (ideally with experience in the legal sector)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills;
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Analytical able to use data and information to inform decisions, persuade others and effect change;
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and supportively with immediate colleagues, the wider HR team and the firm

Key expectations of the role:

  • Establish comprehensive sourcing and attraction strategies
  • Liaise with the Recruitment Manager to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach globally share best practice between offices;
  • Work with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and skill sets
  • Advise on selection tools (including online testing and case studies)
  • Work with line managers to establish screening criteria for each role.
  • Support and challenge hiring managers constructively on selection decisions
  • Manage the offer process and hand over correctly to shared services and global mobility where appropriate for onboarding and/or relocation
  • Ensure service level agreements with third parties are adhered to (including use of the Workday) and review annually to assess return on investment;
  • Manage recruitment campaigns using LinkedIn;
  • Produce regular MI reports and analysis, including on diversity.
  • Develop and maintain agency relationships
  • Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders in the practice and Business Teams functions
  • Work collaboratively with HR business partners and specialist HR teams;
