At Synpulse,our Talent Acquisition team combines a unique blend of Headhunting, Storytellingand Consulting to provide an expert recruitment service and partnership to the business.

You will lead the TA function for the London office and work closely with the Country Head and the People and Culture Business
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of Sourcing, Qualification and Process Management
You will measure and report on recruiting metrics by consistently utlising and maintaining data within the ATS
You will provide a seamless candidate experience and through each stage of the process and champion our employer brand throughout
You are educated to bachelor's degree level
You will bring a minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience within either agency recruitment or an inhouse TA function
You have experience of managing the 360 recruitment process
