Role Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring, playing a crucial role in delivering a top-notch recruitment experience and driving the talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use various methods to attract diverse candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough assessments to find the right fit.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand to attract top candidates.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Develop strategies to enhance diversity in recruitment.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends for effective recruitment.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years in talent acquisition recruiting technical and data positions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data.
