Partner Recruitment Executive

Primary Purpose


The Partner Recruitment Executive will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to design and develop targeted activity to recruit new partners.

The PRE is also responsible for establishing and progressing long-term relationships for aligned NICE resources at all levels throughout each of their targets.


Major Functions and Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and target beneficial partners for the NICE ecosystem
  • Establish initial contacts with partners
  • Design and build value propositions and joint GTM strategies
  • Ensure compliance and contractual items are closed
  • Initiate onboarding and enablement plans and manage relationships with named partners to determine their goals for growth and development
  • Drive partner strategy by thoroughly understanding industry trends, innovation, and market commercials relevant to partner ecosystem.
  • Attend and participate in industry and partner events relevant to assigned partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • MBA or Graduate Degree preferred

Experience Requirement

  • 2+ years in partner channel with a proven track record of successfully recruiting partners
  • 2+ years previous experience in contact center software or associated industry
  • Experience working with national/global partners
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fastpaced, collaborative environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen to quickly assess the situation and then convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner


Strong presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to sell and effectively build credibility in front of all levels of management, including an executive audience
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to multitask in a challenging environment while maintaining a high level of responsiveness
