Ramsay Healthcare have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team as a Recruitment Partner.
As the Recruitment Partner in our South and East cluster (includes 12 hospitals), you will support the business with talent acquisition and sourcing activities. You will engage with stakeholders, senior and middle management, to understand their hiring requirements and partner and provide advice, solutions on attracting talent.
In this role, you will:- Supporting Hiring Managers and People Partner to ensure line managers with recruitment responsibilities are adequately trained in the selection process.- Work with the local HR and Hospitals to design succession plans including internal mobility and ensuring the TA team are pipelining for these.- Analysing and reporting on key aspects of the recruitment process-
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Ramsay Healthcare- Able to produce high quality meaningful Management information (M.I) and reports- Proven senior experience in recruitment, healthcare experience would be an advantage- Be able to travel across the South and East (Greater London, Essex and Home Counties)- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management- A desire to progress and improve our service-
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and lead within a team structure- Experience of embedding the recruitment strategy into your business area- Experience with supporting staff on recruitment and development- Knowledge of Workday HCM would be desirable
