The Cito Programme is creating a single digital place for the acute patient record, supporting integration with local and national systems in Wales and beyond.

Working as part of the Digital, Data and Technology Department, the post holder will support transformational business redesign to improve healthcare or healthcare support services, with a focus on the digitation of patient information through key strategic projects such as the Cito Programme.

The post holder will provide administrative support required to scope, plan and deliver a project, service improvement or change management initiative.

The post holder will regularly communicate and engage with teams using motivational and problem solving skills. Main duties will include action planning, data analysis, and presentation of information and reports for project implementation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
