Macildowie are delighted to be working alongside a brilliant **financial services** business within **Derby**, to recruit their next **Complaints Officer**.
This is a **full-time, permanent** role working Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with the offer for **hybrid** working (minimum of 2 days a week in their head office).
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Handling all incoming complaints, acknowledging and logging within an efficient manner.
- Ensure fair customer outcomes whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Provide recommendations for the complaint resolution and draft responses.
- Maintaining weekly/monthly spreadsheets of activity for reporting purposes.
- Liaising effectively with the wider business team to resolve all complaints within company policy.
- Experience within the financial services is extremely desirable.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 programmes such as Word & Outlook.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work methodically.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments within financial services is essential.
- Complaint handling experience would be beneficial.
