Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their company. This role is full time and permanent. They are looking for someone who has finance experience and excellent communication skills as well as a strong administrative background

The Role
- Assist in the implementation of new expense policy and organise travel and accommodation for staff.
- Provide admin support to senior management and maintain monthly timetable for meetings and associated agenda items
- Attend Finance meetings on a broad range of business matters, capture actions and take minutes
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Designing filing systems, maintain the finance departments IT folder structure and ensure regular archiving
- Cover bank reconciliations and balancing of nominal ledger accounts

Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably part qualified with a minimum basic understanding of book -keeping
- Understanding of Bank Reconciliation
- Basic Spreadsheet capability
