We have an exciting opportunity for a **Head of Marketing **to join our **Route 1 Print** division, the UK's largest trade printer. Reporting to the Head of Route 1 Print, you will be responsible for leading and developing the marketing strategy in addition to managing our e-commerce platform.

We are looking for a leader who has a strong background in business-to-business marketing and digital expertise coupled with the ability to communicate and influence at a senior level. Experience within the UK print industry is an advantage but not essential. This role will provide a fascinating blend of working strategically with leaders across Bluetree Group to help shape thinking, as well as managing teams and delivering on the strategy for Route 1 Print.

**The Role**:

- Create and develop strategic marketing plan to deliver the company's message and continue our growth in sales and profitability.
- Lead on the development and execution of the multi-channel marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital and traditional marketing in a B2B environment.
- Work with the sales and account management teams to focus on B2B lead generation and conversion.
- Deliver a programme of engaging online and offline content that brings to life the unique identity of the brand and the wider print industry.
- Constantly develop and innovate our in-house e-commerce platform and ensure our SEO strategy is optimised to achieve strong levels of traffic and conversion.
- Ownership for growth of all key marketing KPIs and metrics, including customer growth and average customer value.
- Look for opportunities with our customer service teams to gather market data to influence and shape our marketing strategy.
- Be the custodian of the brand, leading our PR and marketing communications strategies.
- Management of our marketing and creative teams within the brand, delivering a team culture that is passionate about driving performance against targets on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
- Support the launch and development of new products.
- Extensive commercial marketing experience gained in a B2B environment with a passion for creating growth.
- Experience of the management, marketing and lead generation of an e-commerce platform.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engagement and conversion strategies, particularly across digital channels.
- Comprehensive awareness of brand management and development tactics.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting skills.
- An empowering team leader who is also able to engage, listen and collaborate with multiple internal departments to deliver cross-team solutions.
- A strong desire to challenge, ensuring we always drive to get the most out of all brand activity.
- A strong attention to detail
- An ability to make reasoned and measured commercial decisions.
- Knowledge of the UK commercial print industry is preferred.

- Salary is competitive based upon experience
- 09:00 - 17:30: with flexible working hours
