We are looking for a National Positive Behaviour Support Lead practioner who will influence, inform and improve our processes throughout our services nationwide. You will be a centre of knowledge and be able to support operations teams in their delivery of services. You will be called on to help improve and monitor outcomes in services through audits and engage in assessments and support our positive outcomes for the people we support.

**How you will Help**
- You will direct the case load reviews as appropriate and follow up with practitioners in the field to help them with the people they support
- Be willing and able to steer thought leadership to improve our PBS approach,. Shape our PBS competencies and ensure appropriate training is delivered as required.
- You will work cross functionally to build the PBS strategy and ensure that the operations team are well supported in this.
- You will actively encourage, monitor and develop strategies that will improve quality of life and reduce the need for restrictive practices for the people we support
- Be a mentor to key team members to coach, encourage and support them in their day to day challenges.
- Promote the dignity, rights, ambitions and potential of the people we support to help them live their best lives.

**What we are looking for**
- You will hold a formal qualification In PBS and either already be a lead or senior Positive Behaviour support practioner
- You will be qualified as a trainer in the field and be willing and able to deliver training both formal and informal
- You will need to demonstrate collaboration and team work and evidence of organisation change that has positively impacted the lives of people you have worked with
- You will be a confident and skillful person able to gain trust, move people towards consensus and gain buy in for what may be new ideas and processes.
