**The Role**:
As a Reception Supervisor, your role will include:

- Ensure that each of our guests receive the warmest and most genuine of welcomes
- Be responsible for ensuring that they are checked in and checked out with mínimal disruption.
- You will be fantastic at dealing (efficiently) with guest enquiries and providing as much information about the hotel, our services and the local area is an important aspect of your role.
- You will be responsible for a small team of receptionists in this very “hands-on” role which requires you to work shifts including evening and weekend work.

**The Person**:

- You will enjoy working with others, have a great "can do" approach to customer service
- Have a friendly approach to everyone who you come in contact with.
- You will be comfortable motivating and leading a team,
- Have the ability to work independently with great problem solving skills.
- Experience in a similar management role is a must and experience with computerised reservations, particularly Opera, would be advantageous.

Located in the historic Grassmarket Old Town area in the heart of Edinburgh, just a 2 minute walk from the historic Royal Mile.
