**Essential Duties and Functions**:
- Liaise with customers to ensure export documents are correct for shipment
- Scan internal and external paperwork
- Update sales order with packing lists and delivery notes and update shared spreadsheet
- Assist where needed with ad-hoc sales admin including customer services
- Providing support to Purchasing team
- Assist where needed with logistics admin

What are we looking for?*

Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working within an administration role
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft including One Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to quickly gain a good understanding and to learn and use bespoke industry-based IT software
- Customer service experience
- Good problem solving, organisational and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritise a range of related duties to meet deadlines/targets
- Basic computer knowledge/IT experience
