**Reporting To**
Head of Remarketing
**Role Purpose**
Reporting to the Remarketing Manager, you will work closely with the wider team, supporting them with all aspects of the sales process. This is a fast-paced role which involves multi-tasking and taking prompt actions in order to maintain a high standard of customer service. Some of the duties include:
- Making sure customer orders are prepared and shipped in an accurate and timely manner.
- Working with our global customers to ensure any issues with their orders are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Handling customer claims, tracking and managing the RMA process.
- Vendor/Customer account creation and maintenance.
- Purchase order creation, invoice management, transport booking & management
- Liaising with multiple functions across the business and building strong relationships that ensure a smooth day to day sales process.
- Creating and sending mailshots to customers.
- Sales order process, issues and tracking.
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Strong coordination and administrative skills.
- You will be proficient with MS office packages such as Word, Excel, Teams and ideally having previous working knowledge of marketing mailshot software.
- Some of our clients operate across different time zones, you will need to have the ability to build effective relationships at all levels while managing your own workload and the client's expectations.
- Proactive and motivated approach to tasks
- A good understanding of transportation and shipping processes.
