We are now looking for an Office Services Administrator to join our team in Reading. This role will work closely to support the Facilities Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Facilities Manager, being main point of contact in their absence
- Covering reception and admitting visitors and organising passes
- Managing room bookings and meeting facilitation
- Coordinating office supplies
- Managing the post-room - issuing incoming mail, collecting and franking outgoing mail
- Liaising with external suppliers and contractors

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Office Administrator role
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to be calm under pressure and capable of communicating with all levels in a professional manner
- A proactive approach to problem solving
- Health & Safety, Fire and First Aid training is desirable
