We are looking for **Administrator** who will work for our NHS client in **Chichester **(BN11 2DH)

**Main Duties and Responsibilities - Brief description**
- To regularly organise complex educational programmes ( timetables ) for Year 3s, 4s and 5s medical students from various medical schools - continually requiring updating and changing due to developments in external guidelines and policies from medical schools
- To clearly explain complex mandatory educational requirements and issues to medical students
- To manage the requirement to work within a non-routine and constantly changing educational environment in an evolving student curriculum and framework with students from different schools, following different curricula and at different stages of training
- To make clear and detailed judgements requiring an analysis if various options
- To work with appropriate Trust personnel to organise clinical and generic courses for medical students.
- To establish a schedule, make appropriate appointments and maintain electronic records: Induction

Rotations and timetablingDevelopmental meetingsArranging teaching session and monitoring attendanceAccommodation arrangementsAcademic year planning
- To attend regular medical school meetings and other workshops to receive updated information to impart to members of the undergraduate team and other professionals within the Trust
- To carry out initial induction of medical students and prepare ppt accordingly for UG Manager, UG Clinical Tutor and Leads.
- To prepare reports, surveys, questionnaires etc. as required
- To liaise with colleagues to provide and develop induction processes
- To ensure website information is accurate and current in relation to the speciality areas of responsibility
- To work closely with the UG Manager and hospital consultants, ensure quality control standards are developed and maintained
- To plan OSCEs and teaching sessions for medical students whilst on placement
- To organise reservations of on-site student accommodation and liaise closely with Trust accommodation officer.
- Organise work experience for 6th form and college students from the local area.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff and deal with sensitive information appropriately.
- Proven minute taking skills with high level of accuracy.
- Work effectively as part of a team ensure the continuity of all PGME activity.
- Remain calm and professional in a busy working environment.
- A strong ability to work on own initiative and use judgement where necessary.
- To be able to manage and process the variety of assessment documents accurately and timely.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload according to varying needs & work under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills with a particular working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other key MS packages.
- Fast, accurate typing & accurate spelling and grammar.
- Sound knowledge and understanding in the use and maintenance of databases.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
