CRM Manager - 12 month FTC

c£50,000, excellent benefits, including company car

Part remote - 3 days in the office In Milton Keynes

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join a leading automotive manufacturer in Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead and deliver the CRM strategy across all divisions, and you'll be responsible for the end-to-end process of planning, delivering and reporting on direct to customer communications.

As CRM Manager, some of your duties will include:

- Ensure you are fully leveraging agency and platform resources, and managing those relationships
- Create and drive forward the CRM test plan, finding opportunities for optimisation including (but not limited to) dynamic creative and send time optimisation
- Stakeholder management
- Create an annual customer plan that turns browsers into buyers and customers into advocates
- See the campaign development process through every stage, launching activity on time and within the agreed budget
- Monitor and report on live campaigns highlighting opportunities to optimise, learnings you have gained and successes you can champion
- Embed the use of customer segmentation within the CRM programme and the broader business
- Advocate a 'so what?' mindset, ensuring decisions are based on data
- Champion data governance best practises across all departments
- Monitor and protect IP sender reputation
- Grow and activate 'opted in' base, developing new ways to capture marketing consent

Skills and experience:

- Experience managing a CRM programme for an established organisation
- Experience working with enterprise campaign platforms is mandatory - Dotdigital would be advantageous
- Experience working with enterprise CRM solutions is mandatory - D365 would be advantageous
- Campaign experience - we are looking for someone to bring our clients strategy to life
- Experience managing your own budget line and are confident following finance processes
- Automotive industry experience is desirable but B2C experience is essential
