As a CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in optimising and managing our Salesforce CRM platform to facilitate seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments. Your role will involve customising the Salesforce platform, providing user support, and driving process improvements to maximise operational efficiency and data accuracy. This role will be based in Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Salesforce org, collaborating with various departments to define system requirements and customise the platform.
- Support sales strategies by designing and implementing functionalities and coordinating event rebooking processes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer data, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and HubSpot/Marketo, enabling efficient lead management and tracking across platforms.
- Manage user licenses, permissions, security, and resolve user requests through cases.
- Maintain workflows, configurations, and conduct ongoing QA testing to ensure system effectiveness.
- Continuously enhance platform expertise through self-learning and contribute to future planning meetings.
- Provide support to other business teams and handle administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user setups, security management, and customisation of standard and custom objects.
- Project delivery experience will be crucial.
- Experience with sales and marketing applications, activity management, collaboration tools, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and implement solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey clear messages and provide user training and support.
- Resilient and determined mindset, with a keen interest in technology and continuous learning.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential
