Your role in our growth
The Account Management team is responsible for retaining and growing our existing business, maximising revenue generation and driving usage of Amazon Pay. As Head of Account Management, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Amazon Pay in the UK, refining the account management strategy for the UK business, leading a team of account managers who own portfolios of high potential retailers and brands and representing the voice of our merchants to help shape our future product and solutions.
Key job responsibilities
**Leadership**:
- Become a thought leader by developing a deep understanding of the Amazon Pay product and value proposition.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of account managers
- Partner with internal teams to drive growth and guide the direction of our product.
- Help build a multi-level relationship engagement between our merchants and Amazon.
**Planning/Analysis/Execution**:
- Forecast and set individual and team goals against organisational targets
- Identify growth opportunities with key merchants and execute on those, including strategic contract re-negotiations
- Join project teams and support efforts to define new market opportunities, new business strategies and deep dive analyses.
**Communication & Reporting**:
- Report against team and country goals up to a global level
- Contribute to regular Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly business reviews.
- Undergraduate degree from top tier university
- Experience working with nascent products/services in new markets, ideally in e-commerce or fintech
- Strong analytical skills
