The Role

The holder of this role will be responsible for executing and implementing Benefits and Pension programs for Kyndryl UK. You will be involved in a wide range of benefits and pension related activities but a key aspect of the role will be to manage the flows of data and contributions between Kyndryl and it’s UK external pension and benefits providers. You will be responsible for validating correct pension contributions levels on a monthly basis and dealing with complex employee questions on eligibility and contributions.

You will work closely with our Benefits team in Budapest as well as with other functions like Payroll, Legal, Tax, Employee Relations, Employee Communications and Finance.

Your role will include to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions and proposals to increase overall process effectiveness.

Key responsibilities Benefits:

- Ownership of key HR Benefits areas as Private Medical Insurance, Disability, Sickness & Accident, Company Cars and other Benefits Programs
- Implementation and execution of Benefits programs and Benefits program design changes, this can include updates to both internal and external systems
- Resolution of exceptions and escalations
- Vendor management, working closely with Procurement
- Create solutions to address the impact of external changes (tax, legislation, etc.) on Kyndryl UK Benefits and advise the leadership on appropriate solutions
- Advisor on Benefits matters to HR Partners and to the business
- Prepare and conduct Benefits program training to the business
- Maintain policy and process documentation and provide guidance
- Support governance and business controls objectives and assessment
- Assisting with other Benefit offerings as required

Key responsibilities Pension:

- Monitoring and managing automated data feeds to Pension Providers
- Liaising with third party pension provider to ensure accurate data is maintained.
- Processing Contribution files twice a month working with Finance teams on reconciling against payroll and accounting system
- Managing pension Auto Enrolment processes
- Managing Pension, interlocking with the flexible benefits administration team, and following Pension Flexible benefit processes
- Raising payroll adjustments when required using Workday/Kyndryl processes
- Contribution checking on a monthly basis for all UK Pension plan members
- Support governance and business controls objectives and assessment

Who You Are
- Pension and Benefits Knowledge
- Knowledge of flexible benefits programs, salary sacrifice schemes and associated regulations would be beneficial
- Knowledge of UK Pensions landscape and associated regulations would be beneficial
- Knowledge and experience in using Workday or other HR Systems would be beneficial
- Knowledge and experience in using TBS or other benefits platforms would be beneficial
- Project Management skills would be beneficial
- Flexibility, to cover peak periods of processing and meet strict deadlines
- Methodical, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical Skills and good numeracy
- Problem Solving skills
- Team Player
- Good English Communication skills, written and verbal.
